They helped me with every question I had so far. And I have been there at least 4-5 times by now. If I need to buy thread, needles or tools I buy from them. They sell good seralon with better prices than any other place I have seen in town. And if there is an issue with my machine their attitude is always, bring the machine we can set it for you even long after (months) they serviced the machine. I took my machine yesterday and said I couldn’t managed to use the darning foot, am I doing something wrong? The technician not only showed me how to use it, but also told me to leave a cloth between the presser foot and the feed dog so the feeds stay sharp. I love learning old wisdom like that and meeting people who is not afraid to share their wisdom. After I came home realised they charged me NOTHING for fixing a sticky button on my machine. Just payed for my threads and bobbins. I feel so lucky because of taking my machine there when I did the first time, rather than finding a closer place. (It is a bit far for me) They are such generous and honest people that it is worth the drive. I feel lucky to have met them.
